How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holidays, school breaks, and other busy travel periods. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by service and booking type. Full cancellation and payment terms are provided in your Service Agreement before booking. If you have questions about the policy that applies to your reservation, just reach out—we’re happy to help.
How will I receive updates while I'm away?
You'll receive a detailed visit report after each visit, including notes, photos, and updates about your pet's care. Our goal is to keep you informed while allowing you to enjoy your time away with confidence.
When is payment due?
Payment timelines vary based on the type of service being provided. Details regarding deposits, prepayments, and recurring service billing will be discussed during onboarding and are outlined in our client policies.
Do you charge extra for holidays?
Yes. Holiday periods are in high demand and require additional staffing and scheduling considerations. Holiday rates and applicable dates are published in our client policies and booking materials.
How can I contact Buckaroo Buddies?
Clients should communicate through their secure client portal whenever possible. This helps keep pet information, schedules, messages, and visit reports organized in one convenient location. We monitor client communications regularly and strive to respond promptly during normal business hours. Response times may vary during evenings, weekends, holidays, or while our team is actively caring for pets.
